    • The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
    • Any accompanying accessories, tags, or labels must be intact and undamaged.
    • Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, and gift cards, are exempt from being returned.
  2. Return Shipping:

    • The return shipping charge will be the responsibility of the consumer.
    • We recommend using a track able shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
    • Please ensure that the returned item(s) are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email or phone, and our contact information can be found on our website.
    • Provide your order details, including the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the receipt of the returned item(s).
    • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the original purchase.
  5. Restocking Fee:

    • We do not charge any restocking fee for returns. However, please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
    • Provide details and supporting evidence, such as photos, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
    • We will arrange for the return shipping and provide a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the damaged or defective item(s).
